When Contacting Support
Ensure that the issue is related to SolidWorks software and not to the computer, network or other software, please review these points before calling:

1. Is the issue reproducable?
2. Review the Operating System Requirements.
3. Know your Serial number (listed as the serial number within the SolidWorks software under the Help menu, and then About SolidWorks).
4. Know your SolidWorks version and Service Pack Number.
5. If contacting Support by e-mail, use SolidWorks Rx to capture the issue.
