When Contacting Support
Ensure that the issue is related to SolidWorks software and not to the computer, network or other software, please review these points before calling:
- Is the issue reproducable?
- Review the Operating System Requirements.
- Know your Serial number (listed as the serial number within the SolidWorks software under the Help menu, and then About SolidWorks).
- Know your SolidWorks version and Service Pack Number.
- If contacting Support by e-mail, use SolidWorks Rx to capture the issue.
